2024 North American Conference Scholarship

This was the first year that IAWRP has offered a scholarship to attend our North American Water Rescue Conference. We received multiple applications from deserving individuals and we wish to thank all those who took the time and effort to apply.

The International Association of Water Rescue Professionals would like to officially congratulate Jared Byrnes for receiving the 2024 North American Conference Scholarship. Jared will be representing the Rawlinsville Volunteer Fire Company while attending the Technician Track of the conference. The knowledge, skills, and abilities that Jared will gain from this opportunity will be used to define the training program for his organization and volunteers. Congratulations Jared and thank you to all the personnel that submitted an application. We hope to see you all in June!
